My case was kept on review from last September. Nothing was moving. Raised a couple of service requests and even contacted congress person.
But nothing seemed to be working. Later I decided to chat with Emma and managed to get hold of an officer. The officer was very nice and patient.
I explained my case and finally she agreed to raise a new SR with level 2 officer and told me that level 2 officer would contact me in 7-10 days.
But the next day, my case status was changed to New card being produced. Had I not contacted an officer through Emma chat, I would have received my green card today.
