Hi,
one of my friend, applied H1B last year 2017. Initially, his case picked up in the lottery, after few months his employer received RFE, as per him employer responded to the RFE but after few months his case got rejected.
He requested the employer to tell me the reason why it was rejected but the employer doesn't want to share the reason to him so is there any legal way he can find the reason of rejection if yes how?
