You have been to US on B1 before or it was L1. If you were on B1 visa and stayed for more than a month then its become quite dificuly to get your specilized visa stamped.
Secondly how long you have been working with the client..... that matters a lot as the domain exp is considerd as speciliaztion.
Thirdly - in your PRD what specilization you have writtten its its smpily and languages like .net or Java then it becomes tough to get into the speclization.
