Horrible Experience at rediff shopping
I ordered a webcam through rediff shopping and they delivered different company's webcam. As everybody has mentioned that there is no tele customer care exist there, I droped them mail atleast 10 times, but didn't get any response from them, except auto response that our representative will contact you ASAP. Apart from this I ordered a rakhi thali, which they claim that it will be delivered on rakshabandhan or before it, but it didn't reach on time. They are really bastards and irrespective of their commitment they do whatever is convenient for them. Never ever shop through rediff.
