Indiaplaza.com .... DO NOT SHOP! BEWARE!!
**** WARNING **** WARNING **** WARNING **** *

I recently had VERY DISAPPOINTING and FRUSTRATING experience with Indiaplaza.com. I placed an order (around October 10, 2005) for 5 audio CDs and my credit card was charged immediately for the full amount (about $30). An e-mail confirming the order and shipping details was sent to me. However, when I received the envelope, it contained only ONE of the CD's that I ordered. I tried to call the customer service (1-866-978-5042) but could not get through. After several attempts on different days, I was able to leave a voice message ... but did not hear back from the customer service. I followed up by e-mails and after a couple of days, I got an auto generated response telling me that 'they are looking into the matter and checking with their fulfillment team and that I should bear with them'. It has been close to 2 months from the time I placed the order and I still have not received the balance CD's nor got a refund of my money. The frustrating thing is that the customer service hardly even attempts to understand or explain why or what the problem is. First of, it was very very difficult to get some one on the voice line ... the number is bogus! Rarely it allows you to leave a message. Next, their e-mail response always is an auto generated one ...

I am not new to online shopping and have always had pleasant experiences ... this being the only exception ....

I strongly believe that this incidence is not an isolated case ... several postings complaining about Indiaplaza confirm that there is a problem with the operation of the MegaMall (at least that's what they advertise!). As of today, I have not received the CD's that I ordered.

I sincerely WARN to be EXTRA CAREFUL about ordering any thing from Indiaplaza.com .... save yourself money and trouble ... there are many other choices on the web .... stay away from INDIAPLAZA.com

Think about it ... if they can not answer questions about the order or give you prompt and satisfactory service, why should you waste your precious time visiting the site and buying from them?
