Just wanted to let u all know my experience.
Priority date - Nov 2017
Concurrent filing
EAD came in Jan 2018 and second one came in Nov 2018 valid until Nov 2020
I-140 RFE on Nov 2018. Responded to RFE in Dec and i- 140 approved in Jan 2019
Case changed to interview scheduled in March 2019.
Interview on Apr 16 2019
Officer just verified my passport . Took the oath and all the required docs(medicals,supplement J, employment verification,paystubs). No additional question.
For my spouse and kid - place of birth and birth date
Handed me the interview completed letter . Said priority date is not current, case will be transferred to NBC.
Now wait for the GC.
