Interview exerience
I had the interview yesterday for EB1, work based.
The interview was straight forward. Me and my wife were asked to take the oath and then Yes/no questions.
He asked for some documents, Pay stubs, employment letter, marriage cert, H1 approvals from day 1, EAD Cards, current I-94s. we were ready and gave all the docs promptly. I advise mark all the documents listed to the interview, you never know what they will ask.
And thats it, he was happy with the whole documents and in the end said I am satisfied, I will provide you the approval, you will get the GC if they are available else you will get them on Oct1st.
My status on te site is changed to " Interview was completed and my case must be reviewed" not sure what that means now, when he said everything looks good.
