Interview is complete and COVID-19 layoffs
Hello,
I hope everyone is safe. I had my EB3 green card interview on March 10th, everything went well and IO handed me white paper that my case is complete and will be transferred to NBC until decision is made because priority date is not current (PD is August 2018), I asked IO how long he thinks it will be take to get approval , he said doesnt know..
Today i heard that alot of people will be laid off from my company because of COVID-19. Does that mean i would lose my I485 application or it will keep processing until i get mailed the green card?
I am trying to apply to alot of jobs similar to mine just incase i am one of them but with how things are going now, its very tough to land another job. Please advise :-(
