Key learning-
Don’t; get panic if you have fingerprinting and PAI date on same date. You just go as early as possible they will free you ASAP.
Make sure your I-129S and DS160 are in sync. If there are any discrepancies feel free to change it any time till once day before of interview.
I am repeating it if there are something you think that needs to changes under DS160 even after taking PAI date –please feel free to do it and don’t worry at all.

• I have changed DS160 3 days before PAI date ,you just want to carry DS160 on which your /your immigration team took appointment and carry recent/last updated DS160.
Don’t worry how many time you have changed DS160 (even after taking appointment ) just carry updated + one on which you took appointment.

• I-129S you can make changes to it any time and VO don’t have any softcopy with them ,so what you carry its final for them .So you can make any changes to your I-129S till last night of your PAI date?.
I have made changes to I-129S on last night ? and carried updated print of the same.

• Do all possible mock interviews and try to find most possible questions with short answer. You provide information which is in-line with DS160 and I-129S.

• Use mike and look at VO when you are using mike .

On interview date you carry all require documents –what your immigration team suggested and this forum suggested.

You will be little nervous but keep smiling (just remember last happy/funny movements of your life )Talk to person who is next to you which will give you lot of relief and keep you tension free.

Don’t get panic if someone rejected ,they rejected due to their mistakes and their company, their profile.

Just be simple –Don’t wear heavy dress ,tie, coat etc. I Saw such three persons got rejected in front of me in three different counters.

Talk only manage of people project and process

Don’t get panic if your interview go longer , as they are analyzing cycology with this ,just be confident till last question.

Most important questions you should focus with short answer.

What is your role –say in one line..
What are you managing –Just say I am managing Program delivery/Portfolio management /Margin management /Client relationship etc.
Why you have been selected-You better knew it than me.
Will be senior most person at your client site –Yes

Questions asked to me during interview –

1. What is your visa category
2. How long you are working with xxxx
3. What was your previous company
4. What was your role there-Given Elevator speech
5. Where are you travelling?
6. To whom you will report?
7. Is your supervisor seat at same location?
8. Will you be highest authority at client location?
9. What is program about?
10. How much salary you will get in US?
11. How many people report to you?
12. What are there designations?

Visa approved Sir!

I said –Have a great weekend

Thanks to my Bro Nilesh and My Wife for interviewing me all time

Reasons why you will not get visa-

Unable to show manager capability
I suggest that you should give L1A interview without looking at your skillsets, irrespective of technical configuration
Employer and employee relationship.(E.G.will you working with client –say NO)
Do not use work and client in same sentences.(do not say I will be working for role of pm for client--- location with yyy client )

Good Luck
