Having 11 Years of total experience out of which Manager Role is of 1 Year . Currently Managing team of 5 members in India.
Proposed US Role: Senior Manager who will have 8 resources at US and 4 resources at INDIA.
Q1 : May I know If I get L1A Individual approval?
Q2: If My Organization file petition by September mid this year via Premium Processing , how much time it will get for approval?
Q3: As Interview slots are not available currently .. Is it taking whole process to complete more than a year?
Please assist me for the same.
