L1-B approved
I would like to thank this forum and all those people who posted on it.

I got my L1-B visa approved on June 04, 2010.

Even though my interview slot was at 8:30 in the morning, my turn to enter the consulate came at 11:30. You can very well imagine the crowd at the consulate. And after entering the consulate my interview was at 1315 hours which lasted for 15 min.

Below are my observations.
- Greet the VO with all your enthusiasm.
- Be in a proper attire cause when going for L1-B, you are actually representing your organization.
- Be confident while answering questions. Do not fumble.
- Maintain eye-to-eye contact with the VO and wear a smile on your face.
- Most important, while explaining your project or your skill, try to exemplify it with the VO in the picture.

Below were the questions asked from me:
Q: What is your project?
A: Explain your project in a precise manner giving importance to the backbone of it. Try to illustrate it with an example having the VO in it, but don't make it too long.
Q: What are you going to do over there?
A: This is where you need to explain your daily activities giving importance to you specialization.
Q: Where will you be working?
A: If you are going to work from the client location, do not hesitate in saying that, but also include who you will be reporting to.
Q: How will your project benefit the client?
A: This is where you will have to define the scope of the project and it's pros.
Q: How long have you been working on this Project?
A: xxx years and xxx months.

That's All.

Finally after wait of 5 long and sweaty hours, came the Golden Words.."Your Visa is Approved!!"
