21/09/2015, 12:15 PM slot at OFC:
It is good to go just 15-20 mins before your slot, else you have to wait outside the gate. The bio-metrics will not take much time; hardly 15-20 mins.
You need only 3 docs i.e DS-160 form, appointment letter and your passport.
22/09/2015 11AM slot at US consulate:
In OFC, they will tell to go just 15 min before the slot. But, timing is totally in-appropriate. Better to go 30-45min earlier to your slot. Very big queue and lot of security checks.

Me: I am working for XYZ client.
VO: For which company you are working?
Me: I am working with ABC company.
VO: Will you be transferred to client XYZ?
Me: No, XYZ is my client and I will be employee of ABC company.
VO: For how many years you are going?
Me: Told, I am going for 1.5 years approximately.
VO: What is your specialization?
Me: Explained the project and also explained how my project is benefiting customer in saving his money.
VO: What is your salary in US?
Me: Told the numbers ** k$ per annum.
VO: How many people are working in this project?
Me: Told the team size and how many people are reporting to me.
VO: Did you developed this project?
Me: Yes, I did. (With confident and was looking in VO's eyes)
VO: Who is giving the instructions to the pace maker? (Related to my project)
Me: Explained in detail.
VO: Which place you are going in US?
Me: I am going to *** place.
Finally the golden words: YOUR VISA IS APPROVED.
Tips which helped me a lot in preparation:
- Write your answers for all the L1B standard questions in a notepad.
- Use simple words in explaining, dont use much technical jargons.
- Do attend mock-ups or ask any one to take the mock-up interviews.
- Do lot of rehearsal in-front of mirror.
- Be confident and have the eye-contact with VO while answering.
- People may getting rejected in the next counters, so dont worry about what is going on other counters.
