I think we all should be thankful to immihelp team for creating such a wonderful site. Just to give a small background for my case. My L1-B Individual petition got rejected in 2013 after getting an RFE. This time my employer applied for L1-B Blanket visa and I was lucky this time that I got the visa.
Here are the questions asked by the VO-
1) From which company you are?
2) How long have you been working with the company?
3) Monthly salary in US?
4) What are your qualifications?
5) Where are you going?
6) What is your specialization?
7) Why the company is sending you only and not any other employee?
Small tip/Advice from my side: Just give one word answers or one sentence answer to their question and be confident.
