Finally its my time to post my experience which can help atleast some.

Vo: good morning and how r u doing?
Me : good morning and doing good and u?
Vo: great, thank u. How long in xx company?
Me : 2 yrs 7 months
Vo : what are you going to do in US ?
Me : I am going to implement and enhance a project that i have designed and developed.
Vo : what is your US salary?
Me : told xx USD.
VO: what is your specialized skill?
Me : Sharepoint and xxx framework.
Vo : sharepoint cannot be considered as specialized skill. Tell me how much time will it take for a guy in US to understand this skill?
Me : approx 2 yrs
Vo : u have just 2 yrs 7 months of experience and you told that it will take 2 yrs to understand, then how did u became expert in this?
Me : I am actually involved in the development of the xxx framework.
Vo : you told 2 yrs to understand and after 2yrs and 7 months you developed also, which one to believe?
Me : I didnot develop the framework completely, I developed just a component of it.
Vo : So what else specialized skills you have?
Me : domain knowledge ( this actually frustated VO i think)
Vo : I dont believe you can gain domain knowledge in 2yrs and 7 months. There are many people in US who have more domain knowledge than what you have. Sorry sir your visa is not clearly approvable

Gave me a blue slip 221g.
