L1 B Blanket visa
Hi everyone,
I have gone through this portal before going for my interview. It really helped me.
My interview was on 2nd May at 9:30.
I reached there at around 7:30. There was quite a huge queue.
All people having interview at 9:30 were asked to come near office and form queue by 9:15. Then he started asking for Passport, Pink receipt etc. as soon as he saw blanket petetion he again asked to divide queue in 2, 1 all blanket L1 visa type and other for all the other visa type.
After that he allowed all the other visa type persons to go inside and we were asked to have our passport, DD, Petition, and two copy of I129 in hand. Then one lady came out and collected all these from L1 blanket queue. After 15 mins she gave us token. We were standing in queue from 9:15 to 10:15. It was so hot outside the office, so I suggest to carry an umbrella or cap. we were becoming impatient as even 10:30 people were allowed in but L1 blanket people were not. Finally they asked us to go in.

they called for interview.
Mine was 3rd turn on that window. Before my interview that lady rejected visa of one guy so was bit nervous. but when i went inside interview went as follow.
VO: Good Morning! how are you doing?
Me: I am fine, How are you doing?
VO: Me too fine. Thank you. Big smile.
Me: Smiled.
VO: Can you give me 2 mins please
Me: Yes sure.
VO: Ok so what is purpose of your trip?
Me: Answered.
VO: Doing some paper work and checking in computer.
VO: What do you do for your company?
Me: Answered.
VO: Who is your client and where is he in US?
Me: Answered.
VO: How long you will be there in US?
Me: Answered.
VO: How many team members at offshore?
Me: Answered.
VO: Are you going to play role of Team lead there at US?
Me: No
VO: Whom will you report?
Me: My project manager sitting at client place next to me.
VO: which Degree you have?
Me: Answered.
VO: I am approving your visa you will receive passport within 2-3 days thank you.
Me: Thanks a lot!
Be patient and visa is yours.
Note: I had light heena in my hand so was worrying whether finger prints will be done or not? But dont worry, it didnt affected finger prints. Infact there were lot many other girls for L2 and H4 (newly wedded girls) who also had dark heena in hand.
