Me: No Sir, it is third party tool
VO: What is the name of the company that creates this tool
Me: The name of the company is same as the name of the tool
VO: How many years have you been working in zzz
Me: X years and Y months
VO: How long have you been working with xxx client

VO: Do you understand(Pointing at some pamphlet attached to the glass) this
Me: I am sorry Sir, I did not get this pamphlet.
VO: Gave me a copy of the pamphlet and asked me to read it and come back
Me: I took the pamphlet, read it for good five minutes and waited for my turn.
Me: I have read the Pamphlete Sir.

I almost had tears in my eyes..I just had only a couple of hours of sleep thinking about this stuff and it was over in 10 minutes.
