L1-B rejected
Hi all,

After checking into previous posts, i also post my experience. My interview was scheduled on 16th 10:00AM, I reached around 9:30 and after checking the documents, they allowed to take interview.

VO asked question like..
1.which company u r wrkng?
2. what does it do?
3. who is ur client?
4.what they will do?
5.what ur specicalised skills?
6.can't u do same work from offshore?
7.how much they pay for u?
8.what so special about u?

I gave answers to all question with quite confidence and i never felt that he is going reject my visa.I was full confident when he was stamping on my papers.

But after stamping some thing, he said u r company not applied ur visa in proper category. So, i can't give visa.
I was supprised and left the counter with white slip in hand.

Following are my observation after gone thru all these steps.
1. ur company brand name also play major role in visa.If ur from US based company, the chances of getting visa is more(I observed from other ple got visa those who r in front of me).
2.Ur package and experience sholud synchronous with each.(I observed in service based package are less compared to product based com's).
3. Luck and mood of the VO also plays major role.

Please post ur experiance even ur visa denied.we can get some information even if ur vias denied.

Thanks,
RK
