One thing I would Like to say is that " You should be able to justify your Purpose and the Related Skill in Front of VO " ,
Don't throw too much Technical Stuff , Your Justification should be in Lucid and Simple way .
Now , below are the Questions :

VO : I am Doing Good .. Thanks ..
VO : PLz Give me ur Docs :
ME : I gave him three Copies of I192s , Appointment Letter , DS160 and Original Petition .
VO : After checking the Docs he said , Please state your company ?
Me : I am working in YYYY X Company .
VO : What is your Total Experience in this company ?
ME : X Years.
VO : This Petition is for Specialized candidates, please explain to me your specialization ?
ME : Explained all the Applications in Detail .
VO : How Long will you be in US.
ME : X Years.
VO : What is your current Salary in Rs ?
ME : X.Y Lcks per annum.
VO : What will be your USA Salary ?
ME : XX K Per Annum.
VO : After Typing on Computer for abt 10-15 Secs ..... Congratulations ... Your VIsa is Approved .. Enjoy Your Stay in US ME : Thank you Officer , Wish you a very Happy Deewali.
VO : Smiling .. Very Happy Deepawali to you too Sir ... Enjoy your day ..
Then , I left the counter .................... and ..................... Forgot to Submit Courier form fro Passport , I remembered when i was in auto and had left the consulate , then i asked the Auto Wala , and he said we can fill it in OFC office ,which i did .
NOTE : Negotiate with the auto wala's of chennai , and always ask for the Bill , They really charge very High .
Anyways , Always have a smiling face inside the consulate and remember Confidence the the Key , Justify Your SKILL and PURPOSE well , They just cant Reject you if you Justify everything is a Good Manner.
