L1, L2 Visa

Hey guys thanks for sharing your views/experiences on this forum .It really helped me in prepartion for facing this VISA interview.
I had my VISA interview at Mumbal Consulate on May 21 at 8.30 AM. Few suggestions before i jump to quetions :
There is strict security check so guys it is advisable to leave your wallet,belt,watch in the Cab.Otherwise sometimes during the
security check they will stop you from carrying this items inside.Please carry 400-500 Rs in your pockets.You can carry plastic carry bag and transparent plastic folders.
to have your certificates.Ensure that you have your proper breakfast since there is really nothing(no hotel)to have breakfast.Sometimes people are kept waiting 2-3 hours in the
Line(queues) on the road near consulate.Better you carry on spare Shirt/T-shirt as there will be lot of sweating happening to you either
due to HOT summer humid weather or your own nervousness.......:

Enough of preaching , Now let's move on to the actual game ..
 For me when I was standing in the L1-B Balnket Line(Queue) outside the consulate some indian persons of the consulate will
collect your Passport and DD and will give you the Token Number.You will be called by this token number through out your interview process.For me after a long wait
of 3 hours they called me inside the consulate.On that day they had allowed people with H1-B and L1-B Blanket who had family to enter the consulate first.
Inside office it is A.C.and comfortable seating arrangement.You can have refreshments there in the form of Cold Drinks and Sandwiches chips etc.There is also rest room there.
There are approximately 20 Visa officer counters/windows/small cabin (interview room).
You will have your fingers scanned first before you appear for the interview.I had my interview around 1.15 P.M

Lady(VO):Hi sir
Me: Hello madam,Good Afternoon
VO:So, sir can you plz hand over to me your token
(I gave the token )
VO:So Sir,I can see that you want to go to U.S, can you tell me what you will do there?
Me: yah, i will be working as onsite co-ordinator... I will do ....blah..blah)
VO:So who is your client?
Me:xyz is my employer and abc is my client.
VO:How much exp. you have with your current company?
Me:around x.y years
VO:Ok.so what are your specialized skills?
Me: Ma'm i am xy exp in xyz technology . i have taken 3-4 certifications...I have gained confidence of client and blah blah blah...
VO:Ok sir, that was good. So i am approving your VISA petition.You will receive your passport in 3-4 business days....

Ohhhhhh!!!!!what a releief i got on hearing those golden words(?)......

So overall it is cool process provided you have confidence on yourself and lot of patience.sometimes things do not happen as quickly you will expect them to happen.
It is advisable to bring as much as supporting docs you might require to prove your point(like external certifications,income-tax acknowledgement slips,all marksheets,salary slips)
They will ask you quetions to check/verify only one basic thing that the person standing in front of them appearing for the interview is the same person who has prepared his justification letter.
