L1 Blanket interview at Chennai
Well, I have been reading this forum for a month and now its my turn to wirte experience.
My interview was scheduled for 13:30, I went there by 12 and they allowed me inside. Surprisingly, the crowd was very less at Chennai consulate during this slot.
Btw, do not talk to any securty folks who are standing outside about you slot and whether to get inside or not. Just stand in the line and submit the appointment letter to the person sitting in the entry counter.
Inside, the process was very fast as there were hardly anyone. Once am done with the finger print section, I walked towards the interview counters. There was no Q and the VISA officers were waiting for the folks (This might beacuse it was close to lunch hour). :-)
Interview lost for 2 minutes with 3 questions being asked (all of them are repeated N+1 times in this forum :-) )
1. How long you have been working with this company?
2. What is the project?
3. For how many years you have been working on this technology?
Then he said - You visa is approved and you will get your passport through courier in couple of days.
So, be cool, they dont have time to look at your face and read your emotions or tension. Listen carefully and answer to the point.
