Hi,
I have a H4 visa currently (after marriage) and had a visiting visa (Before marriage). And my company is in the process to apply a L1B for me.currently. While this process goes on, i want to visit my husband in the US for a couple of weeks taking a 'work from home' option
1. Can i travel on H4? Or should i use my visiting visa option?
2. Does using my H4 visa affect the L1 visa processing?
3. Will my L1B visa interview get afffected if they know i have a h4? As in will it undermine my case of "specialized knowledge" giving an impression that this is a personal transfer than a need for the skill in US?
