We had our L1 - L2 a week back.
Our interview was at 10:15. We reached by 9:40..its all well managed.
imp things to note:
-carry a 50 X 50 photo
-pls take the photos without spectacles ( else u have to go thru the pain of taking it there again)..it will delay the process...( but still everything is well managed) be cool...
-arrange ur documents properly
-if ur DS160 has some minor mistakes ..dont worry (if u get to know that 2 days before..call vfs..submit a fresh DS160 and inform VFS about it) We had an issue with our DS160..but we informed them about it so we didnt have any issues.
-L1--- be prepared with ur specialized knowledge, roles and responsibilities

Ans: yes, already informed...will be taking a break
She checked the docs ( from the file) and said ur visa is approved..u will get ur passports within 5 days...
