L1-L2 Got Approved
My interview was on 18th July 8.30 AM for L1-B,reached over there by 8 after waiting outside for 30-40 mins entered the consulate office.
I had a shock of my life when the guy checking my documents asked me to provide 2 sets of I-797 but I had only one with me.
He asked me twice and checked bunch of docs I had with me that time, then he checked petition number on his computer and asked my company name and spoke to some other guy over phone.

I was very nervous at that moment but he stapled my docs and told me to proceed further. I reached the main interview lobby after giving my finger prints.
Then deposited my DD of 29k to one of the counter and got a recipt then walked to the waiting area.

After 5 mins one of the VFS guy asked me to join a queue.
The VO officer was a young lady and looks very rude no expression on her face.

She was rejecting peoples before me.

I approached the counter along with my wife and …..

Me: Hi,Good Morning
Vo: No reply
Me: Docs given
Vo: Visa category
Me: L1-B
Vo: Which company
Me: YYYY (it’s a US based well known product based company)
Vo: How many years in this company?
Me: 4.5 years
Vo: What you do for them?
Me: Explained in 2 lines
Vo: was checking something on computer and wrote something on I-129 petition, then she put our Passports into a tray near to her desk, that’s it I knew what next she is going to tell.
“You will get your passports in a week time”
Me: Thank you.

No question to my wife.

Mine was intra company transfer so it was pretty easy for me.

ALL THE BEST GUYS !!!!!
