I needed some information. Please provide your inputs.
Am currently on L1A Visa. I have a valid B1 Visa too till 2018.I have applied for H1 visa.
I wanted to enquire if I resign from my Company in June & I get picked in the H1 Lot can I continue in US on B1 after June 2016, till October when I can start with my new employer.
Please provide your advice.
