Thanks for this forum. It helped me a lot. Vo was a nice lady. surprisingly, I did not gone through lot of questions.
Got my visa approved. Though something weird happened with me. I applied for L1A, my petition also says L1A but VO circled L1B. Has it happened with anyone yet? If yes, please let me know what to do ? Should I get it corrected?
Below are the that were asked from me.
1. Who is your company?
2. Who is your client?
3. Where are you going?
4. What is your salary?
5. Why only you?
6. What work you are going to do?
7. What is your specialization?
8. What are your roles & responsibility?
Here I explained like client coordination, Set up a team there, Hire locally, Give art direction to the team & get the closure on the design.
I kept my answers v short and to the point. and then then golden words "Your visa is approved".
Please let me know if any has any issue with the visa type before?
