L1 Visa without I-94
My B1 visa was valid till march 2011, before that I got my L1 visa. I applied for SSN but they rejected my application quoating a reason that my stay was not confirmed by USCIS. When i spoke to USCIS, i was advised to file Form I-765 but my attorney got the different message from USCIS.
My attorney saying, my 1-94 was active while i get my L1. Hence don't need to get I-94. Is it correct
