Thanks to immihelp and all people who shared their experiences. I had been to Chennai consulate on 25th Feb.

I second the opinions I had seen here, it is the confidence with which you speak which is the factor.

VO: Good morning. How long have you been working for XYZ?
Me: 5.5 years
VO: Who is your client?
Me: DEF
VO: How long have you been working with this client?
Me: All the years 5.5yrs in XYZ, I have working for DEF.
VO: Which domain do you work?
Me: ABC domain
VO: How long have you been working in this domain?
Me: 6 years
VO: Which company have you been working before?
Me: EFG
VO: Which client did you work there (in this domain)?
Me: STU
VO(to my wife): Where are you going to in US?
WF: BCD

Then the VO clicked through some, and informed us that the visa is approved.
