Thanks everyone. This site was really helpful in my interview preparation. The questions mentioned in this site are the standard ones. Preparing for them will help us make a cool and assured start to the interview and make a good first impression.
The rest of the questions will be spontaneous and based on your previous answers.
In my case, other than the regular set of questions, these questions were asked
1) How often you would do evaluation for your team members?
2) Among your team members, how would you identify a weakest link and what would you do?
3) How much time would you plan for training for your team members?
From my experience, being genuine is the most important thing. Also there is no LUCK factor, if you have put your 100% and your case is genuine your case will be approved.
