L1A blanket extension approved
Hello - I had my visa appointment recently and my L1A visa extension (which is the same process as regular L1A) and I would like to share my experience as others have been gracious enough to share theirs.

> Please have all paperwork checked thoroughly. I know lawyers create the I 129S and petitions but there could still be errors so make sure for yourself everything is correct before booking your appointment date. If your paperwork is complete and right and consistent you will automatically feel confident. make sure what you have across documents is simple and understandable and consistent.
> I took my appointment at the US embassy in London.
> Entered. Passed through security. I was the 2nd person in line. I was immediately called to have my papers checked. I had a LOT of paper work. 4-5 huge bundles properly labeled by sections (I am generally a detail oriented person so knowing that I had EVERYTHING I could possibly need helped me get confidence :)) . I took everything I could think of and was advised by my lawyers and immigration team. I took the following:
 > DS 160 Confirmation and appointment letter
 > 3 copies of I 129S and I 797 and petition
 > Org chart
 > My last 6 month payslips
 > My US tax returns (state and federal) and W-2
 > Passport copy, current visa copy (My current L1A is still valid)
 > Last 6 month bank statements
> All my previous passports
> Letter from my company
> credit card - to pay $500 fee

> The person at the window asked for my passport, confirmation page, appointment letter and 2 copies of my I129S and I 797 and asked me to go pay the $500 fraud fee which I paid through my corporate CC.

> After that I went back to the paperwork window, where the person then verified payment by me and handed me the documents in a folder to give to the person who calls me for appointment.

> I was called in less than a minute. The lady was really nice. She asked if I worked for the same company, how long I worked for them, whether my L1A is still valid and my title. After these 4 questions, she stamped my I 129S and said you will receive passport in 3-5 business days.

Good luck to everyone, I know the process can make one anxious. Again, I think having accurate and correct documents is important so please do not underestimate that even if you feel something might not be checked it is always better to carry everything and in order than to not.

Thank you everyone for all their help on this forum!
