Now, it's my turn to share my experience. Thanks to all the contributors for making me aware of interview process and questions. .
to be very frank, i hardly spend 3 days for preparation. I only want to say believe in yourself, be confident, have a smile on your face, make an eye contact with VO and rest will fall in place. Take your time while replying, don't be in hurry to finish your answer, say only Keywords. lastly expect the unexpected:)

Finish my Bio-metric in 15 minutes. reached consulate at around 9 for 10 am interview, and finished my interview by 10:15 am.

Me: Good Morning, Sir! how are you ?
VO: I am good. how are you?
Me : I am doing good. Sir, Thank you for asking.

VO: Can I have the passport and papers please ?
Me: pass on my papers with smile.
VO: So you work for **** ....Pause...
Me: Yes Sir, I work **** **** **** * **** * **** * ***
VO: Who is your client ?
Me: I said short name.
VO : again asked who?
Me: I elaborated the name and said , worlds top most company in **** ***
VO: What are you going to do in US.
Me: I am the Project manager, I will be managing two projects on behalf of client. I am authorized for end to end costing and budging of the project. **** **** *
VO: You location.
Me: Mentioned
VO: How many direct reportees?
Me: 5 direct
Vo: are you going to be hire them in us and are they us locals ?
Me: Yes.
VO: How much profit your company will make from the execution of the project ?
Me: $** Million
Vo: That's too much :)
Vo: your US reporting?
Me: Said
Vo: Duration of your visit ?
Me: Said
VO: Total year in Present Company ?
Me: Said
Vo: Have you been to US before and if yes for what purpose?
Me: Said

and then final Golden Words : I'm approving your Visa. Have a great time in US
