L1A Extension RFE
Hi, i filed my first L1A extension on 15th sept in normal process. USCIS has sent additional evidence for Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker on 16th nov.
wanted to check following -
1. I thought that it is taking months before USCIS looks into the petition. In my case, case has been moved to RFE stage in two months.
2. What is approval rate for L1A extension post RFE
