L1A Individual after L1A Blanket Rejection
Hi Guys,
My L1A Blanket was rejected on 15th Nov 2016.
After that my employer has filled L1A Individual Regular i.e. without PP on 15th Dec 2016 and USCIS received my case on 16th Dec 2016. Till now I dont see any further update on my case and always used to see same status on "https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do"
"On December 16, 2016, we received your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number ZZZ, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by January 15, 2017, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."
My case was submitted to "California Service Center".
Not sure how much time it would take to get next level of status.
If anyone has same experience then please suggest.
