Thanks to this forum for being eye opener for L1 visa aspirants. I had my VISA interview today for L1A individual ..Below are the question
VO- Good morning .How are you doing
Me- Answered
VO-So you work for #### Company
Me- Answered
VO- You had been denied visa for L1B on Jan 2015.Why so?
Me- I answered that the role i was playing was not suiting Blanket and i had been asked to apply on another category.Hence tried L1 A by upskilling myself.
VO-Will you be still playing technical role ?
Me- No.I am into project Management now and moved on to higher role/This question was asked since i applied for L1b earlier which got rejected
VO-Your Visa approved.
Greeted and returned.. Looks more easier..All the best for all aspirants
