I have applied for my L1 A extension on April 28 and i have received the receipt notice in May. This is through normal processing. Any idea what is the rough timelines here to get the petition approved?
My last extension was approved within one month, but now is been more than 2 months and still the status show as received?
Do i need to file a premium?
