First of all many thaks to all who have given their experiences in this forum.Really really helpful!
My L1B got approved today without any hassle.
There are some key points for L1 approval now a days which I noticed:
1.Your Indian salary (take home)
2,Your total years of experience
3.Your immediate client in the US
4.The way you explain your specialisation.
(should be short and simple).
5.Your attire at the time of interview.
Ofcourse,confidence,smile on your face are must :)
Please do not forget to share your experience in this forum once your visa is approved.This will help others to prepare well for the interview.
