Where is your Manager sitting, YYYY /Client location?
Your Visa has been approved. You will get your passport in 4-5 working days. Please have this I129S form with you during port of entry in US
For the person who newly applying L1B, they are mainly looking for how long he have been with current company and the client. If its more than 3 years chance of getting L1B is high.
