L1, L2 Visa

First of all, I have a difficult time understanding why you guys all get rejected (99,9% of the posters here seem to be from India). The only thing I can imagine would be the lack of experience: most rejected posters have 5 years of less experience in the field. Come on, in the first 5 years you won't even know how to tie your shoe let alone be a qualified specialist for any product... Another one could possibly be the low wages. I saw one guy posting that he would earn 43k/yr. That is really not enough. Double would come closer.

Anyway, for me it was very simple. I have 15+ years in the telecommunications field and received an L1B on an individual petition. Only question asked: which company do you work for? Approved.

It really does not matter whether or not you are dressed nicely, or whatever answer you give to the consular officers. The decisions has been made based on the information provided in the application. So make sure you get that part right and if you can, apply for an individual L1 instead of blanket.
