Most imp Qs are specialization & salary. pls prepare well on that front. Rest Qs are easy , like do u have any other US visa stamped, total experience, experience with current company, salary, from which city u came from for interview, whr ur husband works.
Key is to give the specialization ans good and try to control your nervousness (which is difficult when u r surrounded by all H/L visa candidates :) ...but still try ur best)
Lastly leave everything on God :)
