Hi All,
My l1b got approved and 2 of my other friend's visa got approved.
Most of the questions are same as specified by others.
My views:
1. If your petition is good you have 90% chance of getting your visa rest 10% the way you explain about your specialization ( Don't have a shaky tone. Done show that you are desperate.)
2. If you are working in a product company you have better chance when compared to a service company.
3. I wont say l1B is based on luck. If you have a strong petition and you can clearly explain them that you are really specialist you get visa.
4. Don't use technical terms as they wont understand. If you say that they can't understand that technical terms don't get tensed. Explain in layman language.
