The VO was very nice to both me and my wife. My wife was asked below questions
1. When did you get married?
2. Can I see the marriage certificate?
Then the VO said your visa is approved and you'll receive the passports in a week's time.
I think the key points are -- maintaining the composure and eye contact, being confident about the experience and specialized knowledge. It also helps if you have any proven record in the specialized skill area (such as an advanced degree or patent etc).
