I appeard for L1B blanket interview on 21st Feb 2014 at 9 am at Chennai, got approved. Thank you very much for this forum, it is very useful to know the interview pattern.
I faced the below questions.
VO: Good Morning, How are you?
Me: Hi Good Morning Madam, thank you, How are you
VO: Please hand me your documents I129S and 797?
Me: I have given 3 sets of I129S and 797 documents
VO: Are you working for YYYY company?
Me: Yes
VO: YYYY is your client?
Me: Yes
VO: What is your specilization?
Me: Answered about my specilization tool and purpose of it
VO: Are you working on software or hardware?
Me: Answered
VO: Why only you required for this position, any one at onside can do this work?
Me: Explained about my experience with presend client.
VO: Which state are you going to?
Me: Answered
VO: Have you travelled before to onsite
Me: Answered
VO: Finally she said, I am approving your visa, Please take these documents while travelling
Me: Sure mam, thank you very much, Have a nice day
VO: Thank you, you too..
Friends, just go through the documents which your HR provided to you, and answer bold & confident. This will help you.
