Hi,
I had my interview L1B(Blanket) & my wife's L2 interview y'day at Chennai. Interview was scheduled for 9:30 AM. Reached by 9 AM only to know that even shoulder bags are not allowed inside.
Entered the Consulate at 9:10. After the security, document verification, finger prints, we moved to Visa Interview building within the consulate.
Then we were called to submit the L1B Visa Fees draft to the cashier. Then, we waited for our turn for the interview. After 30 min, our turn came.
My discussion with VO:
VO: Good Morning
Me & My wife: Good Morning.
VO: Your document folder please
Forwarded the folder through the window space available.
VO: So why are you going to US.
Me: I am working as **** at **** for their proprietary product **** .
**** * is ...... (Gave a small intro about my company)
I joined **** in (Gave details about when I joined, my education qualification, my total exp, experience in product and also why I am going to US)
I have been chosen for this assignment because (shared my expertise about the product)
I will return back to India once the assignment is over to join back my company.

My wife's turn now:
VO: How long you are married Ma'm.
My Wife replied.
VO: Can you show me your marriage certificate & wedding photos.
My wife showed her certificate & photos.
VO: How you met your husband.
My wife gave the answer.
VO: Thank you Ma'm. Your Visa is approved.
VO gave me signed copy of my I-129s.
We said Thanks & Good Day and moved out of the window.
