L1B Blanket Rejected
Attended my L1B Blanket interview on 21st March 2017 (counter 27), Below are the questions.
Me : Good Morning, How are you doing today
VO: So you work for YYYY
Me: Yes sir.
VO: How long you have been workingwith xxx?
Me: 2yrs 11 Months
VO:What is you Specialization?
Me: My Specialization is on my company proprietary tool ZZZ, Am the Primary Architect of the tool and developed unique expertise in customization and integration part of it.
VO typing for 2 minutes
VO: With which domain this tool can be used?
Me: It can be used with all Applications in Information Security domain.
VO:Tell me about the tool?
Me: Explained the tool and its advantage to the client in 5 sentence.
VO: Did you develop this tool?
Me: Yes, am the primary architect of this tool.
VO: Will you be working from client location?
Me: Yes
VO:How long you have been working for this client?
Me: Complete 2 years 11 months with same client.
Vo was typing for more than 2 minutes and finally he said my Visa is not clearly Approvable as US law has become more stringent on the approval process and i need to apply under different category and returned my passport. he didn't give me any slip.
Not sure what went wrong, It would be great if some one can comment on what went wrong in my answers.
could some one confirm if i apply for L1B Individual under premium processing will that be also rejected saying my Blanket is rejected very recently?
