L1B Blanket - Visa Approved
Guys,

Firstly, I would like to thank everyone for sharing their interview experiences which has given me a lot of confidence and time to prepare for possible questions. So there was absolutely no reason for me to worry about the interview.

Below were the questions asked to me by the Visa Officer:

Greeted the VO with a big wide smile on the face who reciprocated the same :D

1. What do you do for ZZZ?
Informed about my Job role.

2. How long have you been with YYYY company?
1 year 3 months

3. How long with the client?
1 year 3 months

That's it! Then came the golden words, Your Visa is issued. Welcome to US!

Some points to remember during your interview:
1. As everyone has mentioned, Wear business formals when you go for the interview.
2. Please be attentive inside the consulate since they announce the token number only thrice after which you will not get a chance
3. Avoid discussing about the questions asked to your colleagues inside the consulate
4. Don't get tensed by seeing other candidates rejections. It's either because their documents are not up to the mark, or they have made up some false information in the petition about which they are not able to provide justification to the VO etc Believe it or not, I saw 3 back to back L1 B Blanket rejections by the VO and I was interviewed by the same VO immediately after these rejections.
5. Be thorough with the contents of your petition
6. Wear your company badge/ id card at the time of the interview.
7. Provide to the point answers to the questions. Do not try to elaborate on something unnecessarily unless requested by VO. This will lead to cross-questioning by the VO.
8. Always wear a smile on your face at all times, doesn't matter even if you are trying to make up for the smile :D
9. Try to keep all the documents ready and easily accessible

The above points have been gathered based on my discussion with other candidates experience who had come for the blanket.

All the best to everyone!
