Hi All,
I have urgent requirement that i need to replace my Onsite resource by early jan 2010.I am basically from Electronic and communication (Non computer science) background.Now my company is filed L1B Blanket petition and i'm waiting for the PAI schedule.
Could anyone tell me the chances of getting L1B Visa approved.
I have 16 months of exp with current company and over all exp as 64 months.
Also in case of L1B Blanket rejection, what is the chance of processing H1B visa and is there any time line to apply H1B.
Please answer my queries.
