Hi,
My company has applied for my L1B and will be attending interview in next 2-3 weeks.
In past i have applied for H1B in 2008 through a consultant in hyderabad, attended interview in september 2010 and got 221g yellow form saying pending documents from petitioner.
Later in 2010 october, i have travelled to another country and returned last year.
Now my query is will there be any impact on my L1B because of this. And also how do i mention this during my interview.
