Guys its very tough out there.. i have been following this site for over a year and had it as my home page to see the reviews daily.
Note :

>>If you are from TCS/infy/wipro who have already misused this visa before..its pay bak time for us guys. I saw ppl from cogni and capgemeni get approval easily

ABT Chennai :
Auto walas will strip you down.. They only know 100s and 150s for even a 2 kms ride.
ppl are friendly and helpful. Plan to reach thr a day before to keep your cool and relax.

Ensure proper photograhp and visa fees as per the latest dollar rate. Saw many ppl running and panicking because of it. Photo shd not have shadow even at ur shoulder.they wont accept.
Pre interview formalities are easy

Bottom Line:
As mentioned, 5 yrs min exp and 6 Lks per yr pkg makes the visa officer interested in you
Thn you can play your game and get it approved.
your documentation shd be as what you speak. In my firm they just copy paste and this makes it easy for VO to reject as all my colleagues wd be having the same skill set :P so foolish, one of the frn got a good bang from VO saying what are u saying doent match with your documents ask your comp to file it properly.
Confidence smartness matters if you qualify the pkg and exp test in of VO.
For all those who have < 5 exp and < 6 pkg.. pls dont apply and get a black stamp on your resume.. btr switch and have a hike. this situation is pretty screwed up and again its us only who are responsible for it.
