I got my L1B Visa Approved today. There are certainly following factors which contributed to the approval:
1. Your presentation (Greet the VO, always put up a smile, look into his/her eyes and feel relaxed)
2. Your Specialization (You should be clear about it-- product or services DO NOT matter... an academic degree helps)
3. Your Preparation (if you want to get it...be prepared for it---> I prepared a set of 12 questions and 3 of them were from that compilation.... and this forum helps you in BIG way to prepare those)
Believe in God and be confident (no superstition or over confidence helps)
I was asked the following questions:
1. Who is your client?
2. What is your specialization?
3. Why do you think it is special?
