L1b Visa - Second time process after extension denial
Hi All,

I need your expert advise.

I was in IL USA for 2.5 years on L1B and I was working at my parent company location.

My client changed and I travelled to CA and worked at client location as my parent company don't have office in CA
but still I was working for my specialized knowledge with My parent company.

Then My company filed L1B extension and it got rejected.

The reason USCIS explained was "No documentary evidence was presented to show that specialized knowledge specific to my parent company is necessary in order to perform the work on the client project"

After denial in 2018 I flew back to India before my I94 gets expired.

Now after an year my company is going to file my L1B again for same specialized knowledge for same CA customer.

Questions:

1. Can I file L1b for same specialized knowledge?
2. Can I work for same customer in CA for which my Visa got denied?
3. Again my company is filling for CA customer then again it will be offsite work for me as we don't have office in CA. How to handle this situation?
4. What are my chances to get L1b?
5. If I file my visa and if I get it then what will be the tenure?
