Hi All,
My wife & I recently relocated to the US. I have an L1B visa & my wife has an L2. We applied for her EAD via the i-765 form. We got confirmation on Feb 20th that the case was received. We moved to a rental property so updated the address associated with the case around mid-March.
As of March 31st the status is now 'my new card is being produced'. We didn't get any notification that the case was approved, I only realized the status changed with I checked the status online. Is this normal?
Typically, how long does it take to get the card once the status is updated to the card being produced?
Also, I noticed that biometrics appointments are mentioned in several posts on this thread. Am I correct that my wife doesn't need to attend a biometrics screening?
